Intern Architect Position Summary:

The positions will entail the following responsibilities:

Field-measure and draws existing conditions for residential and commercial projects
Prepare proposed schematic designs (plans, elevations and perspectives) based upon program requirements of client and zoning requirements
Review local zoning ordinances and N.Y.S. Building Code requirements
Prepare AutoCAD 2007-2008 from preliminary design sketches through design development drawings
Provide drafting for preparation of final construction documents based upon approved designs
Correspond with local municipalities throughout filing process
Participation within the Intern Development Program (IDP) towards licensure
