The firm was retained to prepare zoning drawings and presentation materials to change an existing industrial use building of 12,000 sq.ft into medical office space. The entire building and site were redesigned to provide better parking and traffic flow around the site, along with the main entrance being on the back of the building due to the abundance of parking and handicapped accessibility. The space includes a large reception area and medical office support spaces , multiple doctors offices, treatment rooms, sports medicine and physical therapy gyms and exercise areas, x-ray rooms, patient file storage systems and computer system rooms. The new facility has a warm and relaxing interior design that helps patients deal with pain management. |
