This upscale retail center has multiple tenancies that allowed the Owner the flexibility of attracting various companies to rent space within the center. As part of our design, tall ceilings were used to allow mezzanines to be included, thereby providing storage and/or employee related area for each tenant. FGR,PC has provided all design services for each tenant fit-out within the center and processed all site and building department approvals. |
