This project involved the construction of a new
90,000 sq. ft., three-story building on an existing self-storage site
of eleven acres with seven buildings totaling 340,000 sq. ft. The
firm prepared contract documents for the self-storage facility that
can be seen from Manhattan. This was accomplished by creating a design
that utilizes large graphics and signage. It also made the storefront
glass along corridors to allow views of the interior storage units
and to accentuate walls. The construction allowed this site to continue
to meet the needs of the increasing occupancy rates for this densely
populated area. |
