| Project Description |
| This new four story, 83,000 sq. ft. building and the conversion of a 22,000 sq. ft. two-story building into a self-storage facility houses retail space, office and a unit mix that includes lockers. In the converted building, the mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems were modernized and modifications were made to the existing pile foundation. This site provides for thru street access and drive aisles. |
