This conversion involved an existing 73,000 sq. ft. three-story building with a penthouse and cellar, and a one-story 5,300 sq. ft. new addition. Construction administration tasks began with a feasibility study. The self-storage facility was designed to have curb appeal and to house a retail office and include the maximum number of storage units as possible. All mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems were modernized. ICIP documentation was completed for tax rebates.
