This project consisted of the conversion of a two-story
Toys-R-Us building, with underground parking, into a self-storage
facility. It was designed to enhance and maintain the client's brand
identity. Phasing of the construction was required in order to adjust
to the mixed-use requirements of the market. The firm provided for
a unit mix to include multiple sizes with each phase. A highly visible
main entrance included strong signage and use of storefront glazing
to transform a "big box" into a facility with tremendous
curb appeal. |
