| Architect Frank G. Relf, AIA, started his firm in 1982 in Baldwin and in 1987 relocated to the Town of Huntington. He has more than 31 years of professional experience in the design and management of building projects for corporate, municipal, fire district, commercial, industrial and residential clients. He has supervised new construction, major renovations and conversions, site development and prototypical building design work as well as project management services for hundreds of clients. As the principal of the firm, he leads a skilled team of professionals and support staff. He is consistently involved in all projects and regularly communicates directly with clients. This approach has worked well for the firm and ensures the highest-quality service and the timely completion of projects. |

| Mr. Relf is a member of American Institute of Architects (AIA), the New York State Association of Architects (NYSS) and the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB). |

| Mr. Relf has an extensive background in energy-conscious design and the "building green" initiative. In the late seventies and early eighties he was President and served on the board of directors with the Long Island Solar Energy Association, the Metropolitan Solar Energy Society and the Northeast Solar Energy Association. He prepared building energy performance modeling for the U.S. Army, NYSERDA and the Solar Energy Research Institute in Golden, CO. |

| Currently, Mr. Relf is actively involved in the U.S. Green Building Council and is working toward his LEED accreditation. He is a member of the Long Island Chapter of United States Green Building Council. |

| Mr. Relf is a member of the Huntington Chamber of Commerce and regularly contributes articles to business and trade publications on the topics of green building, restaurant and commercial design and construction. |
