Frank G. Relf, president and owner, has been in business for over 40 years providing professional Architectural and Engineering services to the hospitality, multi-family, fire and EMS, self-storage, retail and office, and residential industries for site acquisitions and planning, zoning and municipal approvals, construction documents, bidding, and construction management.

Frank is registered in 16 states; Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, and Virginia. He is a member of American Institute of Architects (AIA), US Green Building Council, FRIEND's NYIT Alumni Association, National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB), and Nassau Suffolk Business Network.
